Let fixed charge be x rupees and the per day charge after the second day be y.
Equation for Latika-
x + 4y = 22
Equation for Anand-
x + 2y = 16
Subtracting second equation from first,
2y = 6
=> y = 3
Putting y in the first equation,
x + 4(3) = 22
=> x = 10
Thus, the fixed charge is 10 rupees and per day charge after second day is 3 rupees.
