If every regular customer buys exactly 300 mL juice and an additional stock of 3 litres should be stocked for the unannounced customers, how much juice should he stock up for a day? The correct option is D 7 litres and 700 mL
Volume of juice bought by each regular customer = 300 mL
Volume of juice for 15 customers = 15 × 300 mL = 4500 mL
Volume of juice as backup = 3 litres = 3000 mL
Spillage = 200 mL

Total volume of juice to be stocked for the day = 4500 mL + 3000 mL+200mL
= 7700 mL
= 7 litres 700 mL

So, Shopkeeper has to stock up 7 litres and 700 mL of juice for the day.
