From Doppler's effect, the apparent frequency heard by the observer is,
f=f0(v±v0v±vs), here,
f0 is the original frequency produced by the source, v is the speed of sound, v0 is the speed of observer and vs is the speed of source.
The frequency received by cliff
f=750×(330+033030)
[as separation is decreasing, so frequency will increase]
f=825 Hz
This is the frequency which the cliff will reflect.
And as the observer is at rest, so it will hear the echo of the same frequency.
Hence, the frequency of echo heard by the observer reflected from the cliff is 825 Hz.
