Rate of doing work is the power of the skydiver = work donetime

Work done = Force x Displacement

Force = m×g=(60×10)N

Dispalcement= 40 m (Given)

Now, work done=(60×10×40) J
So, rate of doing work by the skydiver =60×10×402 W
=12000 W
=12 kW
Therefore, power of the skydiver is equal to 12 kW.
