Incident ray originating from object O is going towards right direction.

For observer,
u=2R; R=R



Here incident ray is travelling through medium of μ1=1.5 and observer is in air (μ2=1)

And we know that,
μ2vμ1u=μ2μ1R

1v1.52R=11.5R

1v=14R

v=4R

Hence, option (c) is correct.
