As we know :

$$\frac{r^+}{r^-}=0.414$$ for NaCl

Substituting value of $$r^+ $$ in above equation , we get 

$$r^-=\frac{100}{0.414}$$

$$\therefore\ r^-=241.5\ pm$$

Hence, option C is correct .
