$$[H_2O]^+ = 10^{-pH}; \, Let \, V_1 = x, V_2= 100 x, M_2 = ?$$
According to dilution law,
$$M_1V_1 = M_2V_2$$
$$10^{-5}x = M_2 \, 100 x$$
$$\frac{10^{-5}x}{100x}=M_2$$ or $$ M_2=10^{-7}$$
$$[H_3O^+]=10^{-7}+ 10^{-7}$$ M from water
$$ -2 \times 
10^{-7}\, M$$
$$pH= - log [H_3O^+]= - log ( 2\times 10^{-7})= 6.69$$
