The correct option is C $$99 m$$
First, 
Wavelength $$= \dfrac{velocity}{ frequency}$$ 
Velocity $$=330 m/s$$
Frequency $$= 500 hz$$
So wavelength $$=\dfrac{33}{50}$$
Distance travelled =velocity / frequency $$\times$$ no. of oscillations 
Hence,
Distance travelled $$= \dfrac{33}{50}\times150$$
$$=33\times 3$$
$$=99 m $$
Hence,
option $$B$$  is correct answer.
