Area of 4 quadrant of a circle of radius 14m $A_{quad}=4\times \frac{1}{4}\left(\pi r^2\right)$

$=4\times \frac{1}{4}\times \frac{22}{7}\times 14\times 14$

$=616m^2$

Area of square park having side 100 m long $A_{sqr}=100\times 100$

$=10000m^2$

Hence, area of the remaining part of the park $=A_{Sqr}-A_{quad}$

$=10000-616$

$=9384m^2$
