Let the sum =x Rs.
then amount =7x6
Then S.I =7x6x=x6
S.I=P×R×T100

R=S.I×100P×T

R=x6×100x×3=509 %

If amount = Rs. 3x, then S.I =3xx=2x

T=2x×100×9x×50

T=2×2×9=36 years.
