Solution

The correct option is A 880
Here we have, P=Rs.8000,T=1 and R=10%
I=P×R×T100

I=8000×10×1100
I=Rs.800
Interest for first year is Rs.800.
Interest for second year = 800+10100×800=800+80=Rs.880
