The correct option is B $$\displaystyle \frac{IBL}{2\pi}$$
$$2T\sin\dfrac{d\theta}{2}=BiRd\theta$$
$$Td\theta =BiRd\theta$$ (for $$\theta$$ small)
$$\displaystyle T=BiR=\dfrac{BiL}{2\pi}$$
