Solution

The correct option is B $$25\ kW$$
As truck is moving on an incline plane therefore only  component of weight $$ mg sin \theta ) $$ will oppose the upward motion.
$$ Power = force \times velocity = mg \sin \theta  \times v $$
putting values:
$$ P= 30000 \times 10 \times ( \dfrac {1}{100} ) \times \dfrac { 30 \times 5}{18} = 25 \,kW $$
$$P=25\,kW$$
