$SP=xRs$

$CP=(0.8x+600)Rs$

$P\%=14\frac{2}{7}\%$

$SP=\frac{CP(100+P\%)}{100}$

$x=\frac{(0.8x+600)(100+\frac{100}{7})}{100}$

$x=\frac{(0.8x+600)\left(800\right)}{7\times 100}$

$700x=640x+480,000$

$x=8,000$
