$\Rightarrow mg\left(\frac{1}{2}\right)=\frac{1}{2}\left(m{l}^2\right)w^2$

$\Rightarrow w=\sqrt{3gl}$

$\Rightarrow w=\sqrt{3g}$

$\therefore v=wl=\sqrt{3g}m/s.$

We get,

$wl=\sqrt{3g}m/s.$
