From ideas gas equation

PV=nRT

PV=mMoRT

m=PVMoRT

In first event

m1=P1VMoRT1

6 gram=PVMoR×400

PVMoR=400×6 . ..... (1)

In the second event when hole is made:

m2=P2VMoRT2

m2=P2VMoR×300 =1300×2PVMoR

m2=1300×2×(400×6)=4 gram

Leak out oxygen is (6gram4gram) = 2gram
