Length of the wall to be covered with wallpaper = length of the wall 4 ft
(Because 2 ft is left out on both sides)
=26 4=22 ft

Width of the wall to be covered with wallpaper = width of the wall 4 ft
(Because 2 ft is left out on both sides)
=18 4=14 ft

Area of the wall to be covered with wallpaper = length of the wall covered with wallpaper × width of the wall covered with wallpaper
=22×14=308 sq ft

Cost for covering the wall with wallpaper = area of the wall to be covered with wallpaper × cost of wallpaper per sq ft

=308×27=308×27=6167=616÷77÷7
