Solution

a) A father never passes on the gene for haemophilia to his son because haemophilia is the genetic disorder carried by recessive genes (X chromosome). Son always carries y linked genes from his father which do not carry gene for haemophilia and X chromosome from mother.
b) tRNA: It is an adaptor molecule which carries amino acids for protein synthesis.
rRNA: It acts like a catalyst during protein synthesis.
