The speed of the wind is $200km/h$

So the aeroplane and the wind make a $angle=\theta$ to each other,

Thus the resultant velocity,

$V_{r}sin\theta =\frac{V_w}{V_a}=\frac{200}{400}=\frac{1}{2}$

$\theta =si{n}^{-1}\frac{1}{2}={30}^0$
