Solution

1: Relationship between cells, tissues, organs and organ systems In living beings, cells of a common origin and function form a tissue. These in turn form organs and various organs achieving a common function form an organ system.

2: Relationship between structure and function of body constituents
The genetic makeup of an entity decides its structure as well as function. Also the structure of an entity is designed such that it is appropriate to perform the function at an optimal level.

For example, the vessels are long and function as conducting units of water. Spherical-shaped vessels would not have allowed efficient transportation of water and minerals.

3: Alteration in structure and function of body constituents Alteration of structure and function cannot be done abruptly. It can be due to mutations, however, any prominent change is subjected to natural selection.
