The acceleration of the blocks in the case of Atwood machine is calculated as:
a=(m2m1)gm1+m2 As (m2>m1)
where, m1 and m2 is the mass of block 1 and 2 and g is the acceleration due to gravity.

Here, m1=4.5kg and m2=6.0kg
Therefore,
a=(64.5)×104.5+6=107ms2
