$$R = 20   \Omega,   V = 220   V,   t = 5 \times 60 = 300   s$$
Energy dissipated $$= \dfrac{{V}^{2} \times t}{R}$$
                             $$= \dfrac{{\left(220\right)}^{2} \times 300}{20} = 726,000   kJ = 726   J$$
