The correct option is A 4 : 3
Let the number of employees be 7x and 5x and let their wages be 15y and 28y respectively.
Then original wage bill =7x×15y=Rs.105xy
New wage bill =5x×28y=Rs.140xy
The wage bill increases in the ratio 140:105=4:3
