In the given circuit, Current flown will be equal to
I=V0R2+ω2L2sin(ωtϕ)
where V0 is peak value of input
V=V0sinωt
hence ϕ is the phase difference i.e. given as
tanϕ=ωLR
Now as we increase frequency (ω) of source ; phase difference (ϕ) also increases.
