An object has mass of 20 kg on earth. What will be its (
i) mass, and (ii) weight, on the moon ?

Given : Mass on earth m = 20 kg

Gravity acceleration g = 1.6 m/s^2

(i) Mass on moon = 20 kg since mass is a constant quantity

(ii) Weight on the moon W = mg

= 20 × 1.6 = 32 N
