Laxman has a low secretion of ADH resulting in Insipidus type of Diabetes.

Decrease in the production of secretion of ADH (Anti Diuretic hormone) or Vasopressin leads to the less reabsorption of solutes from the distal convoluted tubule of nephrons. This causes loss of sugar (i.e. glucose), salt ions (like-$N{a}^{+},C{a}^{++}$, etc) and water from the body.

This condition of the body with polyuria (excessive urination), excessive thirst (polydipsia), low blood glucose is called Diabetes Insipidus.
