The correct option is B
Total money that Arjun got from his parents = $R s .5 x y^{2} + R s . 3 (2 x y^{2} + 2)$
$5 x y^{2} + 3 (2 x y^{2} + 2) = 5 x y^{2} + 6 x y^{2} + 6 = 11 x y^{2} + 6$
Money spend by Arjun for the party = Rs. $(25 - 6 x y^{2})$
Therefore, money left with him = $(11 x y^{2} + 6) - (25 - 6 x y^{2}) = (11 x y^{2} + 6 x y^{2} + 6 - 25) = 17 x y^{2} - 19$
