Solution

The correct option is D 2, 1, 5, 3, 4
In 1730, King Abhay Singh of Jodhpur ordered to cut down the Khejri tree from the Khejari village to build his palace. Since the tree had cultural and economic importance in the area, Amrita Devi Bishnoi and three of her daughters hugged the tree and stood in protest. The soldiers beheaded all four of them. This enraged the Bishnoi community and soon, they started a rebellion that resulted in the loss of 363 lives. In light of this resistance, King Abhay Singh ordered his soldiers to retreat to end the rebellion.
