CaCl2,BeCl2,MgCl2,BaCl2 and SrCl2 in order of decreasing ionic character.

Size of the ion: Smaller the size of cation, the larger the size of the anion, greater is the covalent character of the ionic bond.

Here the anion is same in all case while cations are different.
So correct order of ionic character is:
BaCl2>SrCl2>CaCl2>MgCl2>BeCl2
