Solution

The correct option is D IV, II, III, I
A lot of neural mechanisms are involved in the release of urine from the body. The urine formed in the nephrons of the kidney are taken to the urinary bladder for storage until release. As the urine is getting filled in the bladder, the bladder stretches to accommodate the urine. The stretch receptors present on the walls of the bladder send signals to the CNS. The motor passages which are sent by the CNS cause the contraction of the smooth muscles that are present in the urinary bladder. This also causes the simultaneous relaxation of the urinary sphincter which in turn results in the release of the urine from the body. This process of release of urine is called micturition.
