If assertion is false but reason is true.

(-5,0) lies on x-axis where as (0,-4) lies on y-axis.

$\Rightarrow$ Assertion if false
Every point on x-axis has zero unit distance from x-axis and every point of y-axis has zero unit distance from y-axis.
