Agent is the one who is applying the force, object is the one on which the force is being applied, and effect is the consequence of the application of the force.

Here, the fingers are applying the force. Hence, fingers are the agents. The force is being applied on the toothpaste tube. Hence, it is the object. The effect is the toothpaste coming out of the tube.
