Solution

The correct option is C ₹51,60,000
Total cost of houses sold by Broker A = 20,00,000×50 = ₹10 crores
Brokerage earned by him = 3% of ₹10 crores = 3100×100000000 = ₹30,00,000
Total cost of houses sold by Broker B = 24,00,000×45 = ₹10.8 crores
Brokerage earned by him = 2% of ₹10.8 crores = 2100×108000000 = ₹21,60,000
Total Brokerage earned by them = ₹30,00,000 + ₹21,60,000 = ₹51,60,000
