In the given figure, sides FE and ED are unknown.
Now, FE + GH + CD = AB = 5.6 m
1.2 + 0.8 + FE = 5.6
FE = 3.6 m

GF = ED = 5.8 m and AH = BC = 6.4 m

Now, the perimeter of a figure is the sum of all of its sides.

Hence, the perimeter of the given figure
= HG + GF + FE + ED + DC + CB + BA + AH
= 1.2 m + 5.8 m + 3.6 m + 5.8 m + 0.8 m + 6.4 m + 5.6 m + 6.4 m
= 35.6 m
