Can we have a triangle of area $0$ square units ? What does this mean ?

Any figure with $0$ square with area is not possible. It means the figure has at least one dimension $=0$ i.e either base $=0$ or height $=0$ or both $=0$ with both $h=0$ & $b=0$, it is a point.
