The reaction can be written as, C + 2S + Heat CS2.
Thus, we see that 1mol or 12 grams of Carbon absorbs 92kJ of heat.
1 gram of Carbon will absorb 9212kJ of heat
Hence, 24 grams of Carbon will absorb 921224, that is 184kJ of heat.
