Number of perfect square $=5$

Non perfect square numbers $=30-5=25$

Probability is given by,

$P\left(A\right)$$=\frac{\text{no. of possible outcomes}}{\text{No. of total outcomes}}$

$P$ ( drawn card is not a perfect square number ) $=\frac{25}{30}=\frac{5}{6}$
