Number of chocolates in each box = 4
Total number of chocolates = 24

Number of chocolates in each box = 24 ÷ 4
24 - 4 = 20
20 - 4 = 16
16 - 4 = 12
12 - 4 = 8
8 - 4 = 4
4 - 4 = 0
So, we are subtracting 4 six times from 24 to get 0, so 24 ÷ 4 = 6

Thus, there are 6 boxes of chocolates.
