The correct option is C >
LHS = (-2) + (4)
= -2 + 4
= -2 + 2 + 2 $(∵ 4 = 2 + 2)$
= 2
RHS = (-3) - (-4)
= -3 + (additive inverse of -4)
= -3 + 4
= -3 + 3 + 1
= 1

Thus, (-2) + (4) > (-3) - (-4)
