Mr. X cannot repudiate the contract.

As, Mr. X doesn't ask that if a computer was imported from England. If he asks so and Mr. V had told him yes then, it can be repudiated. But in this case, it cannot be repudiated. Repudiation happens if the borrower will not respect the contract and quits making the settled upon installments.
