The correct option is C 4, 3, 0
The two equations can be written in the general form as:
1. 4x + 9y -11 = 0
2. 3x + 3y + 0 = 0
Here $a_{1} = 4, b_{1} = 9, c_{1} = - 11, a_{2} = 3, b_{2} = 3, c_{2} = 0$
Hence $a_{1} = 4, b_{2} = 3, c_{2} = 0$ .
