$$a=3.5\mathring A$$, $$\rho= 0.53g/cm^3$$, $$M_A=6.94$$, $$Z=?$$
$$\rho=\cfrac {Z\times M_A}{N_A\times a^{3}}$$
$$0.53= \cfrac {Z\times 6.94}{6.023\times 10^{23}\times 42.875\times 10^{-24}}$$
$$Z=2$$

Therefore, $$2$$ atoms of lithium are present in an unit cell.
