Taiga consist of coniferous forest

  • It faces long winters with severe cold winds and the summers are quite short though warm.
  • The animals that can still be found in these regions are mink, silver fox, squirrel, etc.

Tundra region

  • It goes beyond the Arctic and Antarctic Circle
  • Some mosses and lichens can be found in these regions.
  • It has a similar climate to the Taiga region
  • And the animals that are spotted here are polar bears, reindeer, etc.
