2.Using protractor and center ${}^{\prime }{O}^{\prime }$ draw an angle $AOB={147}^{\circ }$

3.Now Taking '$O$' as center and any radius draw an arc that intersects ${}^{\prime }O{A}^{\prime }$ and ${}^{\prime }O{B}^{\prime }$ at $P$ and $Q$ respectively.

4.Now take $P$ and $Q$ as center and radius more than half of $PQ$,draw arcs.

5.Both the arcs intersects at ${}^{\prime }{R}^{\prime }$.

6.Join $OR$ and produce it.

7.$OR$ is the required bisector of angle $AOB$.
