The correct option is C $$\vec{r}\cdot(j-\hat{k})-3=0$$
Let the plane is $$x(1+2\lambda)+y(1+3\lambda)+z(1+\lambda)=1+5\lambda$$
Now $$1+2\lambda -1-3\lambda -1-\lambda =0$$
$$\lambda =-\dfrac{1}{2}$$
Equation of Plane $$y-z=3$$.
