Explain each with example:
(i) Antibiotic, (ii) Analgesic.

(i) Antibiotic: Chemical substances which are produced by micro organisms and are used to destroy other micro organisms, are called antibiotics. These chemicals checks the life cycle of bacteria and stop reproducing resulting in release from disease. Antibiotics are almost specific for kinds of illness. Two names of antibiotics are: (i) Penicillin (ii) Streptomycin.
(ii) Analgesic: These are drugs which are used to relieve pain. Different medicines are used in relieving pain of different parts of body but some drugs are of common use.
