Tissue Culture:

In this method, cells (or tissues) are taken from a plant under sterile conditions. Then, these cells (or tissues) are kept in test tubes containing culture medium. These grow into an undifferentiated mass of tissue known as callus. The callus is then transferred to another medium, which induces the formation of plantlets. The plantlets can then be transferred into pots and grown into new plants.
