Area of triangle $= \frac{1}{2} | x_{1} (y_{2} - y_{3}) + x_{2} (y_{3} - y_{1}) + x_{3} (y_{1} - y_{2}) |$
$= \frac{1}{2} | 2 (4 - 2) + 3 (2 - 1) + 5 (1 - 4) |$
$= \frac{1}{2} | 2 (2) + 3 (1) + 5 (- 3) |$
$= \frac{1}{2} | | 4 + 3 - 15 | = \frac{8}{2} = 4 s q . u n i t s$
