Perimeter $= 30 = 2 (L + B)$
$L = 4$ cm
$∴ 2 (4 + B) = 30$
$4 + B = 15$
$\Rightarrow B = 11$ cm & $L = 4$ cm.
Area $= L \times B = 4 \times 11 = 44 c m^{2}$ .
