Fencing is done at the perimeter so, perimeter of rectangular park$=2(l+b)=2(350+250)$

$\Rightarrow 2\times 600=1200m$

Rate of fencing per meter$=$Rs. $18.50$

$\therefore$ Rate of fencing $1200m$=$Rs.8.50\times 1200$

$=Rs.22,200$
